Certified Airbus VESTA Call Recording – Record NG9-1-1 Audio, Text & Screens

The unique, certified integration of the Airbus (formerly Cassidian, Plant CML) VESTA 9-1-1/VESTA SMS solutions with NICE’s NRX and NICE Inform solutions delivers a unified, end-to-end solution for today’s rapidly evolving emergency communications environment. The integration provides the software to record voice and SMS-to-911 (Text-to-911) communications and associated metadata directly from the Airbus VESTA 9-1-1 system.

Capture Expanded Metadata for Precision Searches

In addition to Caller Number and Location information, Airbus VESTA Call Recording integration also provides metadata information that includes​ the Position Number of the Call Taker. This is used to ‘Link’ the Voice, SIP and Location information together so that all audio calls, texts and operator workstation screen recordings for any specified incident can be found quickly.

Advanced Text-to-911​ Logging

The VESTA SMS solution allows designated agents to simultaneously manage SMS conversations and voice calls. The entire conversation, including both the call and the message data including agent or position information, are logged by the NICE Inform solution.
