NICE PRODUCT NEWS: LAST MESSAGE REPLAY ENHANCEMENTS
Is it possible to make something that's already nice a whole lot nicer? You bet. Just check out these latest enhancements to NICE's Last Message Replay™ (LMR) solution. Using Last Message Replay, call-takers can instantly replay 9-1-1 calls right from their CAD workstation consoles. Now, our latest LMR service pack release gives them more flexibility and features than ever before. Here's a look at what's new:
A resizable LMR GUI (graphical user interface) lets call-takers handle crisis calls more effectively and efficiently with fewer steps and without having to toggle between applications. The computer aided dispatch application and LMR can be visible and juxtaposed on one screen.
In addition to instantly replaying the last call, LMR now displays the caller's ANI and ALI (number and location information) too - so your call-takers have the information they need to act fast.
Support for multiple sound cards means your call-takers can replay calls through virtually any sound device on their console PC - by directing audio output to a headset, external speakers or to an internal PC sound device.
Last Message Replay is now integrated with Outlook so your call-takers can instantly email a recording of a crisis call to a supervisor on duty.
Enhancements have also been made to support French language through the LMR GUI and to improve LMR's online help functionality. All new LMR systems shipped as of August 16, 2007 come standard with this latest version of software.
