The NICE User Group (NUG) is an independent knowledge community for customers of NICE Systems. The 2,385 members represent both technical and business users across all industries, from various size organizations, and from regions around the globe. Membership is free to any NICE end user. NUG is run by a volunteer Board of Directors, staffed by customers of NICE Systems, with support from the NICE staff.

NUG helps members optimize the value of NICE applications in their organizations through sharing of best practices. The group partners with NICE to deliver an annual User Summit, monthly conference calls and webinars, and an online environment for members to interact and share knowledge. NUG also works closely with leadership at NICE Systems to influence product, service, and policy direction. As an additional benefit, all NUG members receive special discounts for the highly valuable NICE Education Portal.
