NICE Receives Order for Integrated VoIP Solution from Leading Defense Systems Provider: NICE has received an order from RAFAEL Armament Development Authority Ltd, a leading Israeli defense systems provider, for an advanced Voice over IP (VoIP) and Radio over IP (RoIP) capturing and debriefing solution, to be implemented in RAFAEL C4I environments.
