| NORWAY'S LARGEST MEDICAL EMERGENCY CONTACT CENTER DELIVERS TOP-NOTCH SERVICE WITH NICE |

The largest medical emergency contact center in Norway that supports the Oslo Ambulance Service, is using NICE's industry leading contact center solutions to deliver top-notch service to more than one million citizens in central and rural Oslo. NICE worked with its partner in Norway, Racom, to implement the solution which captures one hundred percent of the center's emergency interactions, and provides screen capture abilities and tools for monitoring and coaching agents.
Agents at the center, located in Ullevaal, assess citizen emergency calls for severity, provide basic medical advice and counseling, and dispatch ambulance and paramedic teams. The center retains all of these interactions for a minimum of 20 years and they can easily be recalled at any point in the patient's life.
