NICE Featured on CNBC: The customer service SOS has gone out. But is anyone coming to the rescue of disgruntled customers? Eyal Danon explains how NICE's interaction analytics can alert managers when customers get irritated or angry in this CNBC Squawk Box news segment. NICE Systems Digital Video Solution Installed at the Dubuque Greyhound Park & Casino: Iowa's Racing and Gaming Commission recently ruled that all new and existing casinos in the State must install digital casino surveillance systems by the beginning of 2011, to improve security and protect gamblers. In accordance with this decision, the Dubuque Greyhound Park & Casino recently installed a new NiceVision® solution. The system is part of an expansion project at the forty-seven acre facility, which features 1,000 slot machines, a 30,000 square foot gaming floor, and a racetrack. In a recent press conference, Jordan J. Rettenmaier, Director of Surveillance for Dubuque Greyhound Park & Casino stated: "The NICE digital video solution, with its superior video quality and the faster frame rate specifically required by gaming surveillance, is a perfect fit for our surveillance needs and allows us to comply with the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission's recent decision to require all gaming properties to convert to digital recording technology by 2011."
