BANGKOK'S NEW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TAPS NICE FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY

When the new Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok Thailand opened in September 2006, it also opened a new chapter in high tech safety and security. Suvarnabhumi boasts the world's tallest control tower and the world's second largest single building terminal. But it was a new addition from NICE that contributed to another distinction, making this gateway to Thailand a model of modern safety and security.

The airport's expansive infrastructure equips it to handle up to 45 million passengers and 3 million tons of cargo per year. Now, airport authorities are employing NICE's intelligent video capture solution as an important tool in their security infrastructure to protect and secure the airport's massive properties and countless passengers. NiceVision^® Network Video IP recorders are currently installed at five sites within the airport complex.
