NICE Presentation at the 2007 Arizona APCO/NENA State Training Conference
If you’ll be attending the 2007 Arizona APCO/NENA State Training conference, we invite you to join NICE Systems on March 1st at 3pm for an educational presentation entitled “Recording Solutions of a New Age: VoIP, Wireless and Next Generation 9-1-1.”
VoIP, wireless and NG9-1-1 are reshaping 9-1-1 and will someday enable communication through voice, video, text, and data. As new modes of multi-media communication emerge, PSAPs will need to capture, analyze and manage these interactions. This presentation will highlight trends in multi-media communications related to VoIP, wireless, telematics and NG9-1-1, as well as other vital sources of multi-media in PSAPs (GIS, CAD screens, video, etc.). It will also explore emerging solutions for capturing and managing multi-media intended to streamline investigations and evidence delivery.
