| Dear NICE customer, |
 |
As we stand on the threshold of 2007, we’d like begin the year by taking a pulse of what customers think about NICE. I invite you to share your input by taking the NICE Systems Customer Survey. Simply visit www.nice.com/news/newsletter/survey/nice_survey.html to complete the survey online. It will only take a few minutes of your time and your response will automatically enter you into a random drawing where you could take home one of two $100 cash prizes.
On behalf of everyone at NICE, I’d also like to extend my congratulations to Scott Simcox, emergency communications supervisor for the Largo Police Department. Scott picked up the top prize in our Best Customer Story Contest when he wrote from the “City of Progress” (Largo, Florida) to tell us how NICE has helped his department make some progress of its own – in boosting efficiency. Look for Scott’s story in an upcoming issue of NICE News Special Edition.
