ON THE MOVE AT NICE: PUBLIC SAFETY PROMOTIONS

NICE Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Wooten to Acting President of NICE's Public Safety Global Business Unit. Chris joined NICE in 2003 with the NICE acquisition of Thales Contact Solutions. Chris was instrumental in integrating the Thales and Dictaphone CRS operations into NICE. During his tenure with NICE, he has also spearheaded NICE’s successful partnership and OEM initiatives with leading companies such as Motorola, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin, transforming NICE's Public Safety division in North America into an industry powerhouse. Chris's vast experience will be a tremendous asset to the NICE Public Safety business worldwide.

NICE Systems’ Bob Olley will step into Chris’s former position to serve as Acting General Manager and Vice President of the NICE Public Safety division in the Americas. Bob came to NICE through the Dictaphone acquisition, and was subsequently promoted to Regional Sales Director for NICE’s Public Safety division in the Americas. Bob has over 10 years’ experience in sales management in the technology marketplace providing successful solutions in both the government and private sectors. Bob earned a BS Degree in Business from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and has over 12 years of business experience. He will be relocating to NICE’s Reston, Virginia office.
