Greetings NICE Customer,

I am happy to welcome you to the 2006 second edition of our tri-annual Customer Newsletter. 2006 so far has been a very exciting year for our dynamic marketplaces. Whether your operation is a contact center, a commercial enterprise, or is focused on public safety and security - a common need that unifies us all is that we are all looking to improve performance in an increasingly challenging environment.

In the enterprise sector, advances in technologies such as VoIP and analytics, and a growing new focus on KPIs and performance improvement is changing the way it is managing its business.
