| NICE ANNOUNCES RECORD RESULTS FOR 2005 |

NICE Systems further solidified its leadership position just this month when it announced record-breaking revenues of $311.1 million for 2005. Commenting on the results, Haim Shani, chief executive officer of NICE said, "2005 was an outstanding year. We posted record results throughout the year, having more than doubled our revenues over the last three years and having achieved the highest profitability since our inception." "Our strong performance is primarily the result of our unique strategy for leading the Insight from InteractionsTM revolution in each of our sectors," he said. "In the public and security sector, NICE won several strategic bids with our next generation of digital video security solutions, which have become the de-facto choice for public authorities seeking to ensure citizen security.
