NEWARK POLICE PURCHASE STATE-OF-THE-ART NICE RECORDING SOLUTION
Newark Mayor Sharpe James, Police Director Anthony F. Ambrose III and Police Chief Irving F. Bradley Jr. today announce the Newark Police Department will now be able to record, reconstruct and replay 9-1-1 and radio communications more efficiently with the purchase of a state-of-the-art solution from NICE Systems. The 240-channel NiceLog® system, equipped with a NICE Storage CenterTM and Scenario ReplayTM software, was purchased through Micro Strategies Inc. using a homeland security grant.

A Swiss city steeped in history, St. Gallen has evolved to become the main metropolitan center of eastern Switzerland. TWO LEADING MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANIES SELECT NICE TO ENHANCE SECURITY, SURVEILLANCE
NICE Systems' NiceVision® solution was recently selected by two leading multi-national companies to enhance security and surveillance. Prosegur Group specializes in alarms, surveillance services, and the transport and custody of cash for credit institutions and large retailers. The Spanish Company plans to employ NiceVision in its Cash in Transit division. Fortis, Belgium's largest bank, is also upgrading its security infrastructure at various administration and cash handling sites with help from NICE Systems and Siemens Building Technologies.

NICE ANNOUNCES RECORD RESULTS FOR 2005
NICE Systems further solidified its leadership position just this month when it announced record-breaking revenues of $311.1 million for 2005. Commenting on the results, Haim Shani, chief executive officer of NICE said, "2005 was an outstanding year. We posted record results throughout the year, having more than doubled our revenues over the last three years and having achieved the highest profitability since our inception."
