Attention all NUG (NICE User Group) public safety participants! You're invited to join NICE Systems and fellow NUG members for the February monthly teleconference. - Preparing for the eventual migration to VoIP - what 9-1-1 centers need to consider in selecting a solution for VoIP recording.

- One-Day NUG Public Safety Summit at APCO: Last year, NICE held its first ever NUG Public Safety (PS) Summit for NICE customers at the APCO show. Over 70 NICE customers attended. - 2006 NUG Customer Summit: Mark your calendars to attend the 2006 NUG (Nice User Group) Summit, a four-day networking and educational event for all of our NICE customers. This year's summit will also take place in Orlando, Florida, July 23 - 26. Additional details will be provided in upcoming issues of NICE News Special Edition. You won't want to miss this important event, jam-packed with sessions that will give you new ideas, new skills, new connections, and new inspiration to improve your comm. center's performance.
- NUG is Expanding: Last year NUG hit a major milestone, with more than 1,000 members. Now, NUG is expanding internationally too. We've recently enlisted 75 new members in our India chapter and 40 new members from Australia/New Zealand.
