| NICE TO ENHANCE SECURITY AT DE BEERS MINING OPERATIONS WORLDWIDE |

De Beers Group, the largest supplier of rough diamonds in the world, has awarded NICE Systems preferred supplier status. NICE has already received orders in excess of $1 million from De Beers for its advanced video security solutions, and the two companies are currently formalizing a contract for NICE to supply video capture and content analysis solutions to enhance security at De Beers' diamond mining, sorting and other sites around the world. De Beers, whose famously successful advertising campaigns immortalized the slogan "Diamonds are Forever," mines more than 45 million carats of diamonds annually. De Beers chose NICE as a preferred supplier following a rigorous selection process that included market surveys, laboratory evaluations and proof of concept testing alongside other short-listed video security solutions. "NICE is delighted to be selected as the preferred supplier of smart digital video and content analytics solutions for De Beers," said Doron Eidelman, president of NICE Systems' Digital Video Security Division.
