Jimmy Lutz, director of marketing for NICE Systems' Public Safety Division will be presenting at two upcoming public safety conferences. Join Jimmy as he discusses emerging trends in 9-1-1 recording in his presentation: "9-1-1 Recording: What's New? What's Around The Bend?" Jimmy's presentation will highlight technologies for capturing trunked radio and VoIP. He'll also take a look into the not-too-distant future to examine how new techniques for capturing and distributing multimedia (e.g. voice, video, screens, mapping) might hold the key to more thorough and timely incident investigation and evidence distribution. And he'll discuss how communication centers can use technologies such as word spotting to improve incident management (in real-time), and gain powerful insight into the thousands of interactions they handle every day.
Jimmy will be presenting at the Arizona APCO-NENA State Training Conference, which takes place January 18-20, 2006, at the Best Western Grace Conference Center in Ahwatukee, Arizona. Visit www.az-apco-nena.org for more information.
Jimmy will also be speaking in January at the 2006 CalNENA (California NENA Chapter) Annual Conference which will be held in Garden Grove, California. Visit www.calnena.net for details.
