| NICE ANNOUNCES NEW ENHANCEMENTS TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY, OPERATIONAL INSIGHT FOR 9-1-1 CENTERS |
 |
NICE Systems is pleased to announce several new enhancements to its NiceLog and NiceCall Focus III recording systems. The new features bolster the systems' search, replay and reporting capabilities and were designed specifically to improve productivity and operational insight for 9-1-1 centers. Now you can:
- Add voice or text annotations to your recordings. Searchable annotations can be appended to the call records database after-the-fact, or added in real-time as your call-takers are taking calls, through the "LMR" (Last Message Replay) interface. You can use annotations to enter notes about an incident, tag calls for future reference, or categorize certain types of recordings (e. g. domestic violence calls) to make them easier to find later on.
- Search for recordings using ANI/ALI data such as the caller's phone number, address, city, state, zip code and a variety of other data provided by your 9-1-1 phone system. NICE can even capture wireless 9-1-1 data. The data is stored in discrete fields in the recording system's database giving you better search precision and flexibility and saving you time.
- Create reports on the fly. Now, the same NICE solution that captures your 9-1-1 communications can give you insight into all of those interactions as well. NICE's new reporting capabilities put a wealth of information at your fingertips. You can automatically generate usage reports to examine call volumes relating to specific incidents, locations, timeframes, etc., and to get a clear handle on talkgroup and radio usage patterns.
