When Dictaphone CRS became part of NICE systems recently, Michael Meyers, CFO for Monitronics, a then-Dictaphone customer, saw an immediate opportunity to leverage NICE solutions to improve performance and customer service in the company's contact center.
Monitronics is a leading provider of security alarm monitoring and related services to residential and business subscribers throughout the United States. With over a half-million residential and business subscribers, Monitronics is a mainstay of the security industry and the first line of defense for customers threatened by burglary or fire. Reviewing how its agents handle such situations is critical to Monitronics. Still, the company had been limited to random monitoring of its agents with its previous technology. Now, with its new NICE solution, Monitronics will take a more targeted approach to monitoring to improve internal processes, efficiency and customer service.
