Jimmy Lutz, director of marketing for NICE Systems' Enterprise and Security Solutions Division will be presenting at the WINENA 2005 Annual Great Lakes Fall Conference being held at the Country Springs Hotel in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Join Jimmy on September 27th for his presentation: "911 Recording: What's New? What's Around The Bend?" Jimmy's presentation will highlight trends in recording including technologies for capturing trunked radio and VoIP. He'll also take a look into the not-too-distant future to examine how new techniques for capturing and distributing multi-media (i.e. voice, video, screens, mapping) might hold the key to more thorough and timely incident investigation and evidence distribution. Lastly, he'll discuss how comm centers can use technologies such as word spotting to improve incident management (in real-time), and gain powerful insight into the thousands of interactions they handle every day.

Join NICE and WPS Health Insurance at Aspect eBiz 2005 on October 17th for this special presentation: "This Call is Being Recorded for More Than You Think." Bar Veinstein, director of product marketing for NICE Systems and Sharon Whitwam, vice president of member services for WPS Health Insurance, will show you how Insight from Interactions™ can help you better understand customer needs, identify competitive threats, and make your contact center the strategic center of your enterprise.

Bar Veintein will also take part in a panel discussion at the upcoming Internet Telephony Conference and Expo taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The "IP Contact Center Shootout" is scheduled for October 26th from 12:30-2:15pm. Join Bar and other industry leaders for this lively and engaging debate as they discuss the relative merits of their IP contact center solutions and the overall state of the IP contact center industry.
