Amir Orad is President and Chief Executive Officer at NICE-Actimize, leading the company's corporate vision, strategy and execution. Prior to his current role, Mr. Orad's previous positions in NICE-Actimize were President of the Americas, Executive Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, and Chief Marketing Officer.

Mr. Orad is a thought leader and renowned expert in the areas of financial crime, cyber security, payments and authentication. He has spoken at numerous industry events and is frequently quoted by leading publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Guardian, Business Week, Washington Post, and American Banker.

Before joining NICE-Actimize, Mr. Orad was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Marketing at Cyota, Inc., an online security and anti-fraud company that was acquired by RSA Security for $145M in 2005. Following the acquisition, he was Vice President of Marketing at RSA.

Mr. Orad holds an MBA from Columbia University's executive program (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a B.S. in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Raghav Sahgal has served as President of NICE APAC since September 2010. Mr. Sahgal’s career spans more than 25 years in the world of IT, with over 20 years in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Sahgal held the role of Vice President of the Communications Global Business Unit for APAC at Oracle from 2008 to 2010.

Before joining Oracle, he held various senior level positions in management, strategic planning, global field operations, sales and marketing groups at Intense Technologies Inc., Suntec Inc., Comverse Technology, CSG Systems and Lucent Technologies.

Mr. Sahgal is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive General Management Program. He has a Masters in Computer System Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Tulane University USA.

Benny Einhorn joined NICE in April 2010 as Chief Marketing Officer responsible for NICE’s global marketing, business partner and channel activities.
Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Einhorn served from 2008 to 2009 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at modu, an innovative manufacturer of the world’s lightest modular mobile phones.

From 2001 until 2008, Mr. Einhorn was Chief Marketing Officer and President of EMEA at Comverse, Inc., a global software provider of value added services and billing solutions. As Chief Marketing Officer he was responsible for managing global marketing, corporate development and the technology office of the company. As President of Comverse EMEA, Mr. Einhorn was responsible for managing all sales and support activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Einhorn holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Dan Yalon joined NICE in November 2007 as Corporate VP Strategy & Strategic Alliances. Mr. Yalon came to NICE from Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), the global leading provider of billing, CRM and other Customer Experience Systems and Solutions to the communications industry.

As Head of Strategy & New Business Initiatives at Amdocs, Dan established the company's strategic planning and execution capabilities, translating corporate vision & strategic planning into actionable growth initiatives.In his latest capacity at Amdocs, Dan managed the company's Corporate Strategy process and the Execution Strategy processes. Prior to joining Amdocs Mr. Yalon was a strategy consultant with US-based firm Monitor Company and with Israeli firm POC.  

Mr. Yalon holds an LL.B. and a BA degree in management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ad Ketelaars joined NICE, with the acquisition of CyberTech.  Formerly the CEO of CyberTech, Ad brings proven leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the EMEA market. In his short tenure as the General Manager of the Trading Floors GBU, Ad played an instrumental role in the integration of the former CyberTech team into NICE, enhancing existing technological synergies and extending our business reach.

Ad’s professional background is vast and before joining CyberTech, among other positions, he was the EMEA President of Richardson Electronics; was the CEO of Comsys an IVR and Voicemail company; he was the CEO of EnerTel, a Dutch telecom operator; and was the CEO of Philips Business Communication and it’s successor NEC Philips Unified Solutions. Ad holds an MBA from INSEAD.
