Zeevi BregmanPresident and CEO
Zeevi Bregman joined NICE as Chief Executive Officer and President in September 2009.
Prior to joining NICE, between 2001 and 2007, Mr. Bregman served as CEO of Comverse, Inc., a global software provider of value added services and billing solutions.

Prior to joining NICE, between 2001 and 2007, Mr. Bregman served as CEO of Comverse, Inc., a global software provider of value added services and billing solutions.
Mr. Bregman joined Comverse in 1987 as a software programmer and before becoming CEO of Comverse, Inc., served in various R&D, sales, marketing and management positions within the company, including Vice President and Head of the EMEA division, Vice President and Head of the Messaging division, and Chief Operating Officer.
As CEO of Comverse, Inc., Mr. Bregman orchestrated the company's transition from a single product voice mail company to a global, multi-product value added services and billing solutions provider, and achieved annual revenues of over $1 billion through organic and non-organic growth.

Amir Orad is President and Chief Executive Officer at NICE-Actimize, leading the company's corporate vision, strategy and execution. Prior to his current role, Mr. Orad's previous positions in NICE-Actimize were President of the Americas, Executive Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, and Chief Marketing Officer.

Amir Orad is President and Chief Executive Officer at NICE-Actimize, leading the company's corporate vision, strategy and execution. Prior to his current role, Mr. Orad's previous positions in NICE-Actimize were President of the Americas, Executive Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, and Chief Marketing Officer.
Mr. Orad is a thought leader and renowned expert in the areas of financial crime, cyber security, payments and authentication. He has spoken at numerous industry events and is frequently quoted by leading publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Guardian, Business Week, Washington Post, and American Banker.
Before joining NICE-Actimize, Mr. Orad was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Marketing at Cyota, Inc., an online security and anti-fraud company that was acquired by RSA Security for $145M in 2005. Following the acquisition, he was Vice President of Marketing at RSA.
Mr. Orad holds an MBA from Columbia University's executive program (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a B.S. in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Yochai Rozenblat has served as CEO and President of the Americas since September 2009.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Rozenblat was President of the Enterprise Group in the Americas. Under his leadership, he dramatically grew NICE's business in the Americas. From 2004 until 2008, Mr. Rozenblat served as NICE’s Vice President of Sales, responsible for NICE's Enterprise sales in the Americas.

Yochai Rozenblat has served as CEO and President of the Americas since September 2009.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Rozenblat was President of the Enterprise Group in the Americas. Under his leadership, he dramatically grew NICE's business in the Americas. From 2004 until 2008, Mr. Rozenblat served as NICE’s Vice President of Sales, responsible for NICE's Enterprise sales in the Americas.
Before joining NICE in 2004, Mr. Rozenblat led the Enterprise Sales Team at Clarify, the CRM division of Amdocs.
Mr. Rozenblat holds an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University.

Raghav Sahgal has served as President of NICE APAC since September 2010. Mr. Sahgal’s career spans more than 25 years in the world of IT, with over 20 years in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Sahgal held the role of Vice President of the Communications Global Business Unit for APAC at Oracle from 2008 to 2010.

Raghav Sahgal has served as President of NICE APAC since September 2010. Mr. Sahgal’s career spans more than 25 years in the world of IT, with over 20 years in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Sahgal held the role of Vice President of the Communications Global Business Unit for APAC at Oracle from 2008 to 2010.
Before joining Oracle, he held various senior level positions in management, strategic planning, global field operations, sales and marketing groups at Intense Technologies Inc., Suntec Inc., Comverse Technology, CSG Systems and Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Sahgal is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive General Management Program. He has a Masters in Computer System Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Tulane University USA.

Sigal Gillmore joined NICE in September 2009 as Corporate VP Human Resources. Ms. Gillmore came to NICE from Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq: MSFT) were she gained experience in large global corporations in field, regional and corporate roles.

Sigal Gillmore joined NICE in September 2009 as Corporate VP Human Resources. Ms. Gillmore came to NICE from Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq: MSFT) were she gained experience in large global corporations in field, regional and corporate roles.
During her 13 years at Microsoft, she spent 5 years working at Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, WA where she gained strong business partnership experience with senior executives and recognized success leading organizational improvements in a multi-culture environment.
In her most recent role at Microsoft, Ms. Gillmore led the staffing function across all international regions (EMEA, Asia, LATAM) overseeing both Sales and R&D sites. She transitioned the staffing function from a transactional country-based organization to a connected global business, implemented a global candidate tracking application system, built the Microsoft brand as employer of choice, and improved vendor and agency relationships.
Prior to that, Ms. Gillmore led the HR organization for Microsoft Worldwide Enterprise Sales. In this position, Ms. Gillmore acquired extensive experience in leading organizational change processes, building the Top Talent model for high potential employees, strengthening Microsoft enterprise sales culture, and leading many activities to support Microsoft’s global culture and values.
Ms. Gillmore holds MA in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University.

Benny Einhorn joined NICE in April 2010. In his role, Mr. Einhorn manages the EMEA sales and services organization, and maintains responsibility for the company’s global marketing activities.

Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Einhorn served from 2008 to 2009 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at modu, an innovative manufacturer of the world’s lightest modular mobile phones.
From 2001 until 2008, Mr. Einhorn was President of EMEA and Chief Marketing Officer at Comverse, Inc., a global software provider of value added services and billing solutions. As President of Comverse EMEA, he managed all sales and support activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Einhorn was responsible for managing global marketing, corporate development and the technology office of the company.
Mr. Einhorn holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Eran Liron has served as Corporate Vice President, Business Development since February 2006. From 2004 he served as Director of Corporate Development at Mercury Interactive Corp., after having held several business development positions with the company. Before joining Mercury, Dr. Liron was employed by Tower Semiconductor in a variety of marketing positions.

Dafna Gruber joined NICE in May 2007 as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).Ms. Gruber is responsible for the corporate finance, global operations, facilities as well as management information systems departments.
Ms. Gruber came to NICE from Alvarion (NASDAQ:ALVR), where she worked for 11 years, the last eight as the company's CFO.
From 1993 to 1996, Ms. Gruber was financial controller at Lannet, a leading worldwide data communications company, subsequently acquired by Lucent.
Ms. Gruber is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

During 2007 and 2008 Mr. Tchwella served as president of Comverse Inc. Prior to this position and as part of his 10 years at Comverse; he served as president of the Messaging Division and a member of the executive management team at Comverse.

During 2007 and 2008 Mr. Tchwella served as president of Comverse Inc. Prior to this position and as part of his 10 years at Comverse; he served as president of the Messaging Division and a member of the executive management team at Comverse.
Mr. Tchwella also held various executive managerial positions within the product, services and customer-facing organizations. Prior to joining Comverse, Mr. Tchwella held engineering and managerial positions over a 13-year period in the security and defense division at Advanced Technology Ltd ., known today as Ness Technology.

Barak Eilam has served as President of NICE Americas since July 2012. In his previous position Mr. Eilam was the head of sales and the general manager of the Enterprise Group in the Americas. Under his leadership he guided NICE’s enterprise business growth into advanced application and business solutions.

Barak Eilam has served as President of NICE Americas since July 2012. In his previous position Mr. Eilam was the head of sales and the general manager of the Enterprise Group in the Americas. Under his leadership he guided NICE’s enterprise business growth into advanced application and business solutions.
From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Eilam founded and served as the general manager of the NICE Interaction Analytics Global Business Unit spearheading this innovative market segment for the company. Mr. Eilam has also served in variety of executive positions within NICE; managing different aspects of the business in product development, sales and product management. He is also the leading inventor of some of the company’s granted patents.
Before joining NICE in 1999, Mr. Eilam was an officer for an elite intelligence unit in the Israeli defense forces. Mr. Eilam holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
