Berlin, February 12, 2015 – NICE Systems today announced its participation in CCW2015, the International Congress and Exhibition for Customer Service, Communication and Call Center. At the event, which takes place February 24-26 at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin, NICE will lead a session and demonstrate its portfolio of Customer Engagement Analytics solutions.
Alexander Fischer, Senior Business Consultant at NICE, will speak about “The 6 Major Challenges of Customer Service and Their Solution” on February 25 at 12 p.m. in Messeforum Hall 4. Fischer’s main talking points include:
- The main challenges organizations face when offering customer service
- Ways to address these challenges by improving operational efficiency, resource usage, KPIs, regulatory compliance and back-office performance
- How to evolve into a customer-centric organization
This session will offer best practices on how to ‘be ready for every journey’. This includes better understanding your customers, predicting and shaping their next actions, and creating an engaged and knowledgeable workforce.
