NICE Expands Partnership with EGOO to Deliver Customer Engagement Solutions to Chinese Market

BEIJING, January 14, 2015 – NICE Systems today announced that it is expanding its partnership with EGOO, which has established a dedicated team to jointly promote NICE’s customer engagement solutions in the Chinese market. Together, the firms will pursue opportunities to work with various businesses in China to help improve the customer experience by engaging employees, increasing operational efficiency, and acting on insights from customer interactions.

EGOO will focus on introducing the industry leading NICE Engage Platform to the local market following its recent successful launch including various deployments underway worldwide.
