Create Perfect Customer Experiences with NICE at CCW 2016

NICE Systems will premiere its new Omni-Channel Recording and Total Voice of the Customer (TVOC) solutions at the CCW 2016 international conference and trade show. The new solutions will be showcased alongside NICE’s multi award-winning range of customer engagement solutions at Europe’s largest event for the customer service industry.

CCW 2016 takes place in Berlin from 23rd until 25th February. Visitors to Hall 4, Stand A4/4B3, will learn how the latest technology innovations from NICE are today empowering organisations around the world to listen to the Voice of their Customers (VoC), act in real-time using powerful engagement analytics, and create motivated and consistently high performing employees through Workforce Optimisation.

Contact centre professionals at CCW will also have a first look at some of the most exciting new technology innovations that NICE is bringing to the industry, through its NICE Engage Platform, such as the collaboration with Microsoft to introduce multi-channel recording into Skype for Business.

On Wednesday 24th February, between 15.30 and 16.00, NICE invites delegates to join its Senior Business Consultant, Benedikt Dormann, for a seminar in Hall 2. Dormann explains: “We will show you how to create the perfect customer journey, by providing a flawless, effortless, personalised and consistent experience, throughout every interaction and across every touchpoint.”
