The Circle of Power – The Top 10 CMO Influencers

CX is a strategic element in every organization today. CMOs lead the way for the rest of the organization; and as we know, every (marketing) leader has his top consigliere.

So we’ve decided to drill down to the mind of the CMO - or at least the way it is manifested in Twitter. Let’s start with the basics. Who are the consultants that top CMOs listen to online?

In order to answer that, we took a thorough look at the Top 100 CMOs  featured in Social Media Marketing Magazine and identified the circle of power: the consultants they all read every morning.

Here is a list of the top 10 influencers that top CMOs keep an eye out on:
