Senior Customer Success Manager
Nick Fifer is a Senior Customer Success Manager for NICE Voice of the Customer. Utilising his extensive understanding of both Customer Experience and the use of customer feedback in an operational environment, Nick is responsible for delivering both valuable insight and truly transformational Voice of the Customer initiatives to all NICE VOC clients.
Nick has extensive experience working in Customer Experience and has a strong operational background. Nick joined NICE from Three UK, part of the Hutchison Whampoa group, where he helped transform their Customer Experience. Nick has also worked in telecoms in the UAE and at T-Mobile UK, helping to drive CX improvement whilst also delivering efficient service. Nick began his career in Financial Services with HSBC, working on the front line, directly servicing customers. His depth of experience allows him to truly appreciate the full spectrum of the customer experience within organizations.
