Micha Catran oversees business generation, sales execution, product creation, go-to-market planning, solution delivery, and client relationship management activities for the NICE Customer Experience Analytics line of business. He has expertise in portfolio management and new product development spanning analytics, customer experience, and customer journey solutions for the telecommunications, banking, insurance, healthcare, and hospitality markets.

Mr. Catran is responsible for growing NICE’s Customer Journey and Voice of the Customer market-leading positions, and ensuring continuous innovation and agility to meet the needs of customer experience and service firms around the world. Prior to his current role, Mr. Catran held several general management positions for Analytics and Recording at NICE. Before joining NICE, he was a Director of Contact Centers for a leading Telco in Israel.

Mr. Catran holds an L.L.B. in Law and a B.A. in Economics from Haifa University in Israel.
