Chantel Cary

Chantel is an analyst in Ovum’s Telco Operations and IT Practice. Her focus areas are customer experience management and vendor services. She has three years’ experience working in the telecoms industry.
Chantel joins the analyst team after serving as the Customer Relationship Manager at Ovum since 2013. As Customer Relationship Manager, she worked with Ovum’s IT and Telecoms clients servicing North and Latin America. Prior to joining Ovum Chantel worked as an Operations Manager for Dish Network via Stream Global Services in the Dominican Republic. Her role at Stream included overseeing operations for Customer Service and Technical Support at Dish Network.

Chantel holds a B.S. in Psychology from Florida A&M University.
