NICE Inform Awarded Casino Journal’s Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products Award for Second Year in a Row

NICE Systems has once again been selected by Casino Journal to receive a Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products award. Casino Journal's Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products Awards competition recognizes the most innovative technology offerings in the gaming industry. This year, NICE’s incident information management solution, NICE Inform, took home ‘Top 20’ honors. This is the second consecutive year that NICE has been named to the ‘Top 20’ list.

Every year, liability claims, cheating and scams cost many casinos millions of dollars. Negative publicity stemming from incidents can also damage a casino’s reputation.
