To lead a small sales team focused on selling NICE’s Financial Trading solutions in the UK.

 

Lead and motivate sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales target and maintain required pipeline of sales opportunities. To achieve personal and team targets (Player/Manager).

 

Develop team’s capabilities to a higher level of consultative selling and develop associated operational disciplines and structure.

 

Target will be in the region of $15m annually.

Develop and implement the sales plan for the UK FTS business.

Provide leadership, coaching and support to the FTS sales team.

Manage a territory directly

Develop and maintain a wide range of relationships with customers, prospects and partners.

Develop the operational structure and disciplines to optimise the teams’ performance, including:

  • Major Account Planning
  • Opportunity Reviews process
  • Identify and develop future business opportunities
  • Training and development of team members to enable exploitation of market opportunity

Act as an ambassador and role model for the FTS business

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Financial Services and Trading Floor market and the customers focus and requirements.

 

Oversee RFI and bid preparation.

 

Negotiate and close contracts.

Prior experience of sales, and sales leadership in Enterprise software (applications and services) within the Finance Sector.

 

Experience and knowledge of Financial Trading Floors is preferred.

 

Experience of selling complex, large scale software solutions, direct and via partners.

 

Promotor of best practice sales methodologies and tools. Experience of Salesforce.com application for opportunity, campaign and contact management.

 

Ability to understand and position the value / and, or compelling benefits a business can derive from NICE solutions.

 

Excellent leadership and coaching skills.

 

Creative thinker. Commercially astute.

 

Energetic and highly motivated. Very organised.

Excellent sales competences – presentation skills, negotiation, planning, customer focused.

 

Degree or MBA calibre required.
