Prior experience of sales, and sales leadership in Enterprise software (applications and services) within the Finance Sector.
Experience and knowledge of Financial Trading Floors is preferred.
Experience of selling complex, large scale software solutions, direct and via partners.
Promotor of best practice sales methodologies and tools. Experience of Salesforce.com application for opportunity, campaign and contact management.
Ability to understand and position the value / and, or compelling benefits a business can derive from NICE solutions.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
Creative thinker. Commercially astute.
Energetic and highly motivated. Very organised.
