Job description

The Strategic region in NICE Asia Pacific is an account based region which covers 20+ top tier global and trading floors accounts in NICE, as well as the key domestic customers in Hong Kong and Singapore. This is a project manager position who responsible for project delivery for the Strategic Region.  We are looking for strong Project Manager candidate who are familiar with financial trading environment and BSFI domain.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project (both PM & Technical aspects)
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • define project tasks and resource requirements
  • develop full scale project plans
  • assemble and coordinate project staff
  • manage project budget
  • manage project resource allocation
  • plan and schedule project timelines
  • track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • provide direction and support to project team
  • constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Education

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • Deep knowledge in voice solution, integration & relevant technologies is a must
  • Experience in implementing voice solution in trading floors environment
  • PMI Certification is an advantages.
  • knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Experience

  • 5 years direct work experience in project management capacity
  • 8 years direct work experience in technical delivery
  • Regional experience in managing multi-country and multi-solution projects
  • Experience in delivering project remotely​

Other Relevant & Experience

  • Technical knowledge in Windows Server OS, SQL Database, network, VoIP, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), financial trading system (IPC, Etradeal, BT ITS)
  • Knowledge in NICE recording platform is an added advantage
  • Experience in Global / Regional accounts project delivery
  • Knowledge in Telephony integration exposure is an asset
  • Trading Floor technologies background is strongly desirable
