Job description

Job Requirements

  • To understand business processes within the contact center environment. 
  • To build, document and present business cases for NICE solutions.
  • Support the sales team – responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist and establish product/solution knowledge base in Japan team together with a technical principal.
  • Assist in the selling process of NICE Systems solutions to prospects and current customers.
  • Managing high quality responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Drive customer workshops on NICE product portfolio for high touch customers.
  • Participation is trade shows.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Technical analysis of customer requirements.
  • Technical negotiations with customers.
  • Creating configurations / quotes for customers.
  • Preparation and sign off of technical proposals for customers.
  • Assisting in training channel partners.

Education

  • BS/BE and preferably a post graduate degree in a technical discipline.

Experience

  • Three years industry experience in telecommunications / call center technology
  • Knowledge in the following areas is desirable: CTI, CRM, Voice recording, PBX/ACD, WEB/Internet, NT server/SQL server, Database knowledge, computer H/W & networking, Business Intelligence , contact center applications (WFM,QM, PM etc ) , enterprise communication systems (Avaya , Cisco etc).
  • Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and team-oriented.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
