Leadership Development
  • Perform needs analyses and review resources to ensure learning and development plans exist or are developed to support learning needs based upon competencies, organizational strategy, and company goals.
  • Develops and implements strategy for enhancing and leveraging leadership capabilities: leadership 360s, management training, executive coaching and mentoring
  • Develop critical role and high potential leadership programs focused on advancing leaders and succession planning
  • Connects with key leaders at all levels of the organization to assess suitability in their current role, and the creation and development of plans to address areas of opportunities and enhance potential areas of strength.
  • Facilitates the creation of competency based development plans for all members of the senior leadership team.
  • In partnership with HR Business Partners, coaches executives and managers on critical competencies.
  • Manages strategic relationships with academic institutions, leadership development companies, coaching firms, and other professional organizations focused on executive and leadership development.
  • Collaborates and consults with managers to develop and facilitate learning and development initiatives for employees.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying training needs/building training to meet needs.
  • Able to design training courses.
  • Effective facilitation skills and leading courses.

Organizational Development
  • Creates and implements strategies to integrate the talent management processes into the management culture.
  • Conducts critical analyses (trends and metrics) of the business and people resources to develop effective solutions, programs and policies, and creates/manages an integrated Workforce Planning model and supporting dashboard.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners to create, oversee and leverage workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management processes and tools.
  • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build a Talent assessment strategy, processes, methodologies and tools to ensure selection of top talent at all levels and development of the leadership bench
  • Articulates and reports trends from the data of all systems, including talent acquisition / applicant tracking, performance, compensation, succession, and learning management systems.
  • Creates tools and standards on organization design, change, and other organization development processes, and drive consistency of process through collaboration with and training of HR partners.
  • Identifies key metrics and develops evaluation processes to ensure organizational development program effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively execute plans and drive implementation of L&OD initiatives.
  • Strong planning and project management skills including the ability to organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects, and function effectively as a self-directed leader of multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrate knowledge through direct experience of learning concepts, training and development methods and techniques.
  • Proven experience in recognizing the knowledge needs of the company and employees, and presenting training programs to meet those needs.
  • Ability to perform and interpret needs analyses and translates the findings into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute enterprise wide professional and leadership development programs and implement consistent logistical processes.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in instructional design and distance learning
  • Knowledge and experience in facilitating strategic planning and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to build learning programs from conception, engage stakeholders and manage geographically diverse partner relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working, consulting and influencing Senior Executives and organizational leaders.
