Enterprise Account Manager

Sales | Singapore | APAC

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales of Public Safety solutions into an assigned set of large named customers/prospects/channel partners
  • Establish executive level relationships with business line owners and IT functional owners of the customers
  • Lead negotiations of the levels of business, discounts, and overall terms of the customer relationship with NICE Systems
  • Coordinate activities around sales campaigns with other members of the organization and sales team
  • Present forecasts, account plans, opportunity plans, and overall account strategies upward to NICE management and executive management
  • Carry a multi-million dollar quota comprised of all the solutions that NICE Public Safety offers

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years sales experience prefer 4 years in enterprise software sales
  • Experience selling into large and diverse organisations
  • Ability to lead virtual teams toward the closure of large transactions
  • Self motivated and willing to work under pressure – this is a key element to this role, whilst we will expect that the role be accommodate in the Singapore office, this will remain an independent and self-driven role
  • Able to analyze complex  and multi component solutions and situations and suggest appropriate strategies to put NICE in the best position to win
  • Be prepared to research regional competitors and adapt positioning based on customer engagement
  • Value Selling
  • Be prepared to prospect for new business on their own
  • Business Acumen – The ability to analyze customer financial statements, evaluate customer business operations, and decipher customer objectives/strategies/initiatives
  • Adaptability to changing business environments (internal and external)
  • Strong initiative and the ability to drive demand versus respond to customer needs
  • Confident and creative negotiation skills
  • Strong sales skills in both direct and indirect markets
  • Knowledge of SFDC will be of benefit, but not mandatory
  • Target Account Selling or other strategic selling program
  • Experience closing million dollar plus transactions with large corporations
  • Strong communication skills in all modes (written, one-to-one, group, and large presentations)
  • Excellent written and spoken  in English, Mandarin will be a bonus
  • Must be willing to travel extensively into the region, with a key focus on Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in IT or Technology and Business
