We are hiring an account manager to cover the DACH region. Who will be responsible for all aspects of account development across the NICE Enterprise portfolio in a defined account territory.

Responsibility:

  • Managing between 4-6 key accounts
  • Accurately forecast sales activity, utilising SFDC and Optimizer for strategic account and opportunity management.
  • Lead the sales process, driving the NICE virtual sales and service team and owning the NICE relationship with the client.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for growth in existing accounts and strategic new business win
  • Engage with customers to position NICE business solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data

Requirement:

  • Degree educated, in a Business or Technical discipline. Individual must be highly motivated with excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Solid proven experience selling software solutions to large corporate clients, ideally within the banking industry
  • Ability to develop relationships with the C' or VP level business users to sell based on business value
  • Contact center or Telecoms experience (advantage)
  • Full clean driving license
  • Must be able to travel within the DACH region

German language hugely beneficial
