Call Capture for Public Safety Organizations
Public safety organizations must capture, analyze and distribute large numbers of audio interactions. Inputs can vary from trunked radio, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), wireless and wireline telephony. But no matter the source, recorded calls provide crucial data for legal compliance, evidence, training and operational improvement.
NICE provides a range of easy-to-use, scalable audio recording solutions for any size public safety organization:
Small to Medium Centers
Mirra IV can capture as few as four or as many as 48 channels of mixed analog, digital, VoIP, ISDN BRI, ISDN PRI telephony or radio communications. Enhanced D-channel decoding also means genuine call-related data (metadata) are captured.
Medium Centers
Based on advanced PCI technology, the NiceCall Focus III can capture up to 48 channels and up to 50,000 recording hours per unit. It is ideal for mixed-interface environments supporting a wide range of calls over analog and digital telephony and radio. It offers hot-swappable RAID1 hard disks, power supply and dual-archiving options for resilience.
Large Centers
NiceLog High Density Logger provides large organizations with a future-proof, multimedia recording platform. It supports up to 192 analog/digital or 480 E1/T1 trunk radio channel inputs, advanced audio compression G.729A and G.723.1, and up to 80,000 channel-hours of recording per unit. It also can record directly from analog, E1/T1, PCM32 and digital extensions, and has a VoIP interface option available.
With capture solutions for any size public safety organization, NICE can answer the call for audio recording needs.
