Dafna Gruber joined NICE in May 2007 as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Ms Gruber came to NICE from Alvarion (NASDAQ: ALVR), where she worked for 11 years, the last eight as the company's CFO.
From 1993 to 1996 Ms Gruber was financial controller at Lannet, a leading worldwide data communications company, subsequently acquired by Lucent.
Ms Gruber is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
