Carmela Avner serves as VP global operations and CIO since January 2002. Prior to this she served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer since January 2000.
Before joining NICE, Ms. Avner was the Sales Executive for the Manufacturing Sector for EDS, Israel. Prior to joining EDS, she held several positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals including, Systems Manager and MIS Manager for the operations department. Among other positions held, she also served at Scitex and Tel-Aviv University. Ms. Avner holds a BSc. Honors in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel-Aviv University.
