Avi Shaul was Corporate Vice President for Customer Services during 2001-2004.
Before joining NICE Mr. Shaul worked for Digital and Compaq in several managerial positions, both in Israel and in Europe, completing his service there as Customer Services Vice President.
Prior to joining Digital, Mr Shaul worked for ten years with Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) in various managerial positions in their Operations division.
Mr. Shaul holds a BSc. Honors in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
